The implementation was completed within a tight two-week timeline, allowing AdventHealth to begin scheduling appointments shortly after the FDA approved the vaccine. The new system streamlined the registration process, enabling attendees to receive personalized invitations and confirmations via email, which included QR codes for check-in. This automation improved data accuracy and allowed for effective contact tracing. The success of the initial vaccination round led to the expansion of the system to the public and further uses in educational and community events.
