Royal Centre Sustainability Improvement Case Study

This case study details the efforts of Royal Centre, a Class A commercial tower in Vancouver, to enhance its sustainability and energy efficiency. Managed by Warrington PCI Management, Royal Centre has been proactive in addressing challenges posed by new city regulations regarding energy and carbon usage. To meet these requirements and improve its operational performance, the property management team partnered with Brightly to implement the Stream software and Operational Analytics services.
