This case study outlines the collaboration between bswift and a global audio electronics company to enhance benefits and well-being communication for its diverse workforce. The company faced challenges in defining its identity post-acquisition, with fragmented messaging and low awareness of year-round programs. To address these issues, bswift partnered with the U.S. benefits team to transition benefits communication from an annual event to a consistent, employee-focused approach. The process involved qualitative research, employee focus groups, and the identification of gaps between existing programs and employee understanding. Key components included the development of a unified benefits identity and the establishment of a year-round communication cadence through a monthly newsletter. The impact of these changes was significant, with increased awareness of benefits and well-being resources, as well as stronger engagement from employees. Survey results indicated that a majority found the newsletter helpful and motivating, leading to a sustainable, employee-centric communication model.
