This case study outlines the collaboration between a leading pharmaceutical company and BTS to enhance leadership capabilities among top executives. The organization recognized the challenge of fostering a shared vision and empowering team members across a matrixed structure. To address this, a comprehensive assessment was conducted over five months, focusing on developing enterprise-focused leaders aligned with the organization’s Success Profile. The program utilized diverse learning modalities, combining individualized objectives with group experiences, and emphasized the importance of peer networking. Central to this initiative were insights from Liz Wiseman’s 'Multipliers,' which guided leaders in leveraging their teams' natural talents to improve business outcomes. Participants identified their own behaviors that could diminish team contributions and learned to cultivate a culture that supports sustained growth. The case study highlights the transformative impact of self-reflection and the application of Multipliers tools in fostering productive team dynamics and enhancing leadership effectiveness.
