This case study outlines the digital excellence program co-created by a leading telecommunications organization in the Middle East and BTS to support a strategic shift towards digital services. The organization aimed to equip mid-level managers with the necessary digital knowledge and skills to foster innovation and lead teams effectively. The program included tailored training for executives and mid-level leaders, focusing on AI and data-driven decision-making. It comprised six modules addressing key technologies relevant to the organization's growth, such as big data, artificial intelligence, and emerging technologies. The initiative has successfully reached eight cohorts of leaders, with a significant percentage expressing willingness to recommend the program. The organization plans to expand the program further, aiming to empower its middle management to navigate the digital landscape confidently and drive the organization’s strategic goals.
