This document is a case study detailing a leadership development program designed for senior leaders of a multinational SaaS organization. The organization faced challenges in scaling its operations following an initial public offering and sought to enhance its executive leadership capabilities. The program, implemented by BTS, aimed to address five core themes, including employee and customer centricity, organizational purpose, long-term growth design, collaboration across functions, and cultural evolution. The program consisted of three workshops focusing on strategic decision-making, personal leadership strengths, and managing change. Two cohorts have completed the program, with participants reporting high satisfaction rates and significant behavioral shifts. Feedback from the CEO and CHRO indicated appreciation for the insights gained, leading to immediate organizational changes. The program's effectiveness is evidenced by participant ratings and their ability to apply learned concepts in their roles, fostering a culture of alignment and customer-centric leadership.
