MyChart Patient Portal Implementation Case Study

This case study details the implementation of the MyChart patient portal at William Osler Health System, a prominent community healthcare provider in Canada. The objective was to enhance patient engagement by providing real-time access to lab, pathology, diagnostic imaging, and cardiology data while minimizing the financial and technological impact on existing electronic health record (EHR) systems.
