This technical report examines the potential of generative AI (GenAI) in enhancing knowledge management systems, particularly in the context of banking technology solutions. It details how GenAI can aggregate knowledge and generate accurate responses to natural language queries by utilizing a structured knowledge graph. The report outlines two primary mechanisms for delivering information: automated static content through a web portal tailored to various user personas and dynamic content via a chatbot that responds to user inquiries about the technology stack. The findings indicate that GenAI significantly improves the quality of responses, achieving a rating increase from 3 to 4.5 on a scale of trustworthiness. The report also discusses the AI's ability to provide detailed answers to complex queries, identify performance bottlenecks, and suggest improvements.
