This case study outlines the collaboration between Nacro and CDW to modernize Nacro's IT environment to support a hybrid working model post-Covid. The project was executed in two phases, beginning with a comprehensive assessment of Nacro's requirements and migrating to a secured Microsoft environment. This migration included the deployment of Microsoft E5 and Surface Pro devices, enhancing security, governance, and device management while reducing support tickets. The second phase focused on server rationalization, infrastructure consolidation, and the introduction of a dedicated service desk. The enhancements improved Nacro's IT support capabilities, allowing for more efficient service delivery to clients. The case study details the challenges faced by Nacro prior to the engagement, including technical debt and inefficiencies in their IT processes. It also highlights the successful outcomes of the project, including improved collaboration, user satisfaction, and a more flexible service delivery model for Nacro's clients.
