This research article investigates the enterprise economic management model through the application of fuzzy logic algorithms. It begins by outlining the need for new management concepts in modern business models, emphasizing that effective corporate economic evaluation is crucial for improving corporate governance. The article details the characteristics and shortcomings of existing enterprise economic management models, and it presents performance evaluation methods that include clarity of objectives and optimization of evaluation means. The study applies fuzzy logic to evaluate the economic management of four enterprises, demonstrating its effectiveness in expressing fuzzy data and enhancing transparency. The results indicate that one enterprise achieved a high evaluation score, suggesting strong economic management capabilities. The findings highlight the advantages of using fuzzy logic for quantitative analysis in enterprise economic management, allowing companies to better understand their current management situations and improve their strategies based on factual data. This research contributes to the field by providing a framework for evaluating enterprise economic management performance.
