Workplace Safety and Sustainability in Industrial Parks

This article is a research study that investigates the intersection of workplace safety and sustainability within industrial parks. It addresses the challenges faced by industrial parks, such as resource depletion, environmental degradation, and safety management issues. The study utilizes Actor-network Theory to explore how various stakeholders interact to promote workplace sustainability. It identifies two primary modes for developing sustainability: self-regulation among internal park subjects and external influences from outside actors. The research emphasizes the need for collaboration among multiple stakeholders, including companies, government entities, and the public, to effectively manage safety and environmental concerns. The article also reviews existing literature on the topic, noting the lack of consensus on definitions and the need for more comprehensive studies that consider the perspectives of all relevant actors. By tracking the formation path of workplace sustainability, the study aims to provide insights into achieving a balance between safety and sustainable development in industrial parks.
