Identity Management Product Development Case Study

This case study outlines the collaboration between Charter Global and an innovative startup focused on identity management solutions. The client aimed to address challenges in User Access Reviews, Identity Governance and Administration, and Identity Lifecycle Management using cloud infrastructure. Charter Global provided technical resources for the ideation, design, development, deployment, and maintenance of these products, allowing the client to focus on customer acquisition. The project goals included developing a flexible product framework, creating a Minimum Viable Product, and achieving a faster time to market. Key challenges involved enabling Single Sign-On for major providers and simplifying data ingestion from diverse systems. The results showed successful product launches to over 100 customers within two years, streamlined onboarding processes, and adherence to high security standards. The integration of various applications and compliance with OWASP’s top 10 security standards were also highlighted, demonstrating the effectiveness of the collaboration.
