Operational Worklist Dashboard Development for Home Care Agencies

This document is a case study detailing the development of an Operational Worklist Dashboard by Charter Global for a home care provider agency. The agency faced challenges in consolidating and managing various operational worklist items spread across different schemas in SQL Server. Charter Global proposed a solution that involved creating a dashboard to scrape worklist items from the client's data store and generate necessary tasks. The development included an asynchronous batch jobs framework with ETL design principles using Hangfire, allowing for configuration of source and target systems, job execution times, and transformers. The solution emphasized efficiency, scalability, and compliance with WCAG 2.1 AAA and HIPAA standards. Additionally, the integration of an Angular-based frontend web tool facilitated quick navigation to operational tasks. The case study outlines the challenges faced, the proposed solutions, and the successful outcomes of the project, demonstrating Charter Global's capabilities in addressing complex operational needs.
