Implementation of CIDEON Conify at Teledoor

This document is a case study detailing the implementation of CIDEON Conify at Teledoor Melle Isoliertechnik GmbH. The objective of this project was to establish a fully automated design process that would streamline operations and enhance efficiency. The case study outlines how Teledoor, a company specializing in insulation technology, faced challenges with its engineering department becoming a bottleneck due to increasing order volumes. To address this, Teledoor adopted CIDEON Conify, which integrates sales and engineering data, allowing for a no-touch process from customer inquiry to production. The implementation was completed in less than eight months, resulting in significant reductions in engineering time and errors. The document describes the steps taken to achieve this automation, including the use of CAD automation tools and the establishment of a configurator for sales staff. The results indicate that the project has led to improved competitiveness and operational efficiency for Teledoor.
