This case study outlines the partnership between Grifols, a global healthcare operator specializing in plasma-derived medicines, and Cielo, which provides Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) services. Grifols faced significant challenges due to an unprecedented surge in demand for plasma-derived medicines, which created a bottleneck in production. To address this, Cielo implemented its TA Optimizers™ to enhance the talent acquisition process, focusing on interview coordination and preboarding.
