This case study details the implementation of Linewize Pulse at Mercy Career & Technical High School (Mercy CTE) to address student wellbeing challenges during the COVID-19 pandemic. The school, located in a community facing significant social issues, recognized the need for a structured approach to monitor and support student mental health. The guidance department initiated weekly student wellbeing check-ins using a research-based survey to gather data on students' feelings. This proactive measure allowed educators to identify issues early and provide timely support, fostering a positive school climate despite the challenges of hybrid learning. The data collected through Linewize Pulse enabled the staff to conduct weekly meetings to analyze student wellbeing trends and develop targeted interventions. The case study illustrates how Mercy CTE leveraged technology to enhance student support and engagement, ultimately contributing to a culture of wellbeing within the school community.
