This case study details how Nova Post, a prominent logistics and express delivery company in Ukraine, adopted Cisco Secure Access to enhance its cybersecurity measures amid ongoing geopolitical challenges. With a workforce of 30,000 and operations spanning 17 countries, Nova Post faced significant security risks, including physical threats and cyberattacks. The organization transitioned from traditional VPNs to a more robust Zero Trust Access (ZTA) approach, which allows for granular, least-privilege access to internal resources. The implementation of Cisco Secure Access streamlined access provisioning, reducing the time required for user access from days to just a few clicks. This shift not only improved operational efficiency but also enhanced security by minimizing unauthorized access risks. The case study outlines the challenges faced by Nova Post, including a complex security infrastructure and the need for secure access for remote workers. It concludes with a vision for future expansion of the Secure Access solution across all branches and employees globally.
