Interoperability Modernization for National Health Plan

This technical report outlines the modernization of an interoperability platform for a national health plan serving over 17 million lives. The client faced challenges due to manual processes and fragmented systems, which impeded growth and scalability. To address these issues, CitiusTech was selected as the strategic partner to implement a standardized, automated, and scalable platform. The solution included building clinical interfaces and pipelines, enhancing API capabilities, and automating eligibility checks. Key improvements resulted in a 40% productivity gain and a sevenfold increase in data transfer speeds.
