Completion Report for ClimateAi Prototype Project

This document is a memorandum detailing the successful completion of Prototype Project #HQ08452490033 conducted by ClimateAi under Title 10, United States Code, Section 4022. The project aimed to enhance operational forecasting for extreme weather impacts, initiated by the Defense Innovation Unit (DIU) in response to a posted Area of Interest. ClimateAi was selected after a competitive evaluation and entered into a transaction with the Department of Defense (DoD) and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) to deliver improved operational forecasts. The memorandum outlines the milestones achieved by ClimateAi, including the development of a modeling platform, downscaled location delivery, hurricane model delivery, flood hazard analysis, and data integration. It also highlights the customer support provided through training sessions and feedback mechanisms that ensured user engagement and data accuracy. The successful delivery of these milestones is noted to improve DoD preparedness and resilience, as well as benefit other agencies and industries requiring detailed environmental information.
