Carleton College 25Live Scheduling System Implementation

This document is a case study detailing the implementation of the 25Live Integrated Academic and Event Scheduling System at Carleton College. The objective was to replace an outdated EMS/Accruent event scheduling software that failed to meet the College's needs. The previous system was cumbersome, lacked automated communication, and required manual reporting, leading to frustration among staff. The transition to 25Live provided significant improvements, including centralized scheduling, automatic software updates, and enhanced user accessibility.
