Competitive Intelligence Maturity Models Review and Frameworks

This document is a research article that systematically reviews the existing literature on Competitive Intelligence Maturity Models (CIMMs) to propose a unified model and implementation frameworks. The article emphasizes the importance of CI in enhancing organizational performance, particularly in a volatile and complex business environment. It outlines the methodology used to identify and integrate various CIMMs from scholarly databases and other sources, ensuring a comprehensive analysis of the subject. The proposed unified CIMM (UCIMM) aims to cover all dimensions of CI, providing organizations with a framework for assessing and developing their CI practices. The article also discusses the challenges organizations face in maintaining CI maturity levels and the need for a structured approach to navigate these challenges.
