This case study outlines the integration of QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise and HubSpot CRM at Viveve Medical, a company focused on women's intimate health. The objective was to replace a previous CRM and improve sales processes by centralizing data and eliminating double data entry. Viveve utilized Commercient SYNC, a data integration platform, to connect their ERP and CRM systems. This integration allows sales and customer care teams to access critical QuickBooks data directly within HubSpot, including products, orders, and invoices. The implementation of SYNC has streamlined operations, enabling new deals and companies created in HubSpot to be automatically synced to QuickBooks as orders and customers. The results indicate a significant reduction in duplication of effort and errors, with the sales team now able to work more efficiently within HubSpot, which has become the primary system for managing sales data. Overall, the integration has enhanced Viveve's operational efficiency and improved their sales management.
