International Device Procurement and Maintenance Strategy

This document is a case study detailing the collaboration between BayWa r.e. AG and Computacenter in establishing a unified IT equipment governance structure. BayWa r.e., an international energy solutions provider based in Munich, sought to enhance operational agility and drive growth through effective device management across its global operations. Computacenter's Technology Sourcing and Maintenance Services were leveraged to achieve a scalable solution for device procurement and management in 30 countries.
