This case study outlines the challenges faced by a US subsidiary of an international pharmaceutical company that outgrew its legacy CRM system. The existing system was inflexible and costly, making it difficult to track field activities and generate performance reports. The company sought a modern technology suite to support its commercial team as their contract with the legacy CRM provider was ending. Conexus proposed the Conexus Turnkey Solution (CTS), which integrated Veeva CRM with their expertise. The 18-week project involved enabling 60 representatives and various marketing and sales operations staff. Key services included essential data migration, implementation of advanced technologies, and knowledge transfer through stakeholder training. The results indicated that the client met aggressive timelines and benefited from a seamless technology suite, which improved operational capabilities and aided in attracting top talent. Conexus continues to provide ongoing support, enhancing reporting and managing data frameworks for the client.
