Reconstruction Project for Cold Room at Yunnan Pharmaceutical

This case study outlines the reconstruction project for the cold room in the logistics center of Yunnan Pharmaceutical Company. The facility, which is the largest state-owned pharmaceutical logistics enterprise in Yunnan Province, underwent significant upgrades to enhance its capabilities in drug storage and temperature control. The project, initiated due to aging equipment and high power consumption, required compliance with GSP standards for reliability and efficient temperature management. The new refrigeration system, implemented by Beijing Bingchuan Hongye Refrigeration Technology Co., Ltd., includes advanced features such as automated temperature control, humidity monitoring, and integration with the client's ERP system for effective data management. The Copeland Scroll outdoor condensing unit was selected for its energy efficiency and reliability, contributing to a more sustainable operation. The successful completion of this project marks a significant advancement in the automation and digital monitoring of medicine quality in China's pharmaceutical industry.
