This application note presents a technical report evaluating the precision and accuracy of Axygen 1000 μL pipet tips when used with the Hamilton Microlab STAR liquid handling workstation. The study compares the performance of Axygen tips against Hamilton 1000 μL tips, focusing on dispensing volumes of 50 μL and 1000 μL. The evaluation was conducted using the Artel Multichannel Verification System (MVS) to measure dispensing accuracy as percent deviation (% D) and precision as coefficient of variation (% CV).
