Automated Survey Management at Helse Vest

This case study outlines the implementation of the Corporater Business Management Platform (BMP) at Helse Vest, a regional health authority in Norway. Helse Vest faced challenges in managing survey data due to a fragmented IT infrastructure and strict rules regarding anonymity and data safety. The Corporater Surveyor module was integrated into their existing systems, enabling automated survey management and data aggregation. The solution allowed for the distribution of surveys while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulations. Results from surveys are now automatically uploaded and made accessible to all management levels, improving reporting and transparency across departments. The implementation led to a high response rate, exceeding the required minimum of 70 percent, with 17,000 employees participating. The BMP also facilitates the tracking of performance metrics and the management of strategic initiatives based on survey results, enhancing the overall effectiveness of Helse Vest's operations.
