This case study outlines the operational challenges faced by Alshaya Group's Food Division due to reliance on paper-based processes. The inefficiencies included excessive printing, storage issues, and difficulties in managing and updating documents, which complicated data accuracy and operational efficiency. To address these challenges, Alshaya Group implemented Crunchtime’s operations execution solution, Zenput, across over 220 restaurants. The transition to digital checklists allowed for improved tracking of daily tasks, including line checks and safe handovers. The results showed a significant increase in operational efficiency, with a 96% completion rate for daily tasks and substantial time savings of over 30 minutes per day per restaurant. Additionally, the digitization process contributed to sustainability efforts by eliminating the need for 2,000 pieces of paper daily, aligning with the organization's resource conservation goals. Overall, the implementation of Zenput has enhanced data integrity and accessibility, leading to improved confidence in daily operations and compliance across the organization.
