CSC Position Paper on Europe's Digital Infrastructure Needs

This position paper outlines CSC's perspective on the European Commission's White Paper regarding the digital infrastructure needs of Europe. The third pillar focuses on the security of submarine cable infrastructures, advocating for the establishment of Cable Projects of European Interest to improve coordination and resilience.
