This case study outlines the collaboration between CyberCX and Te Whatu Ora - Health New Zealand regarding security reviews. Health NZ, as the principal advisor on health and disability policy in New Zealand, required a specialist to conduct regular security reviews on its external corporate applications. The challenge was to secure a trusted partner who could provide a subscription-based model for continuous security testing. CyberCX adapted its commercial approach to meet Health NZ's needs, offering a dedicated resource for 40 hours a week. This partnership allowed Health NZ to access expert resources for testing without delays, ensuring flexibility and cost certainty. The security review services included application and network penetration testing, with regular updates and security reports provided. The successful partnership has enabled Health NZ to enhance its cyber resilience through ongoing support in Governance, Risk and Compliance, Network and Infrastructure Solutions, and Digital Forensics and Incident Response capabilities.
