Autonomous Threat Exposure Management Platform Implementation

This case study documents the implementation of CyCraft's XCockpit platform by a leading Taiwanese LCD backlight module manufacturer. The objective was to enhance security governance and maturity in response to identified vulnerabilities within their Identity and Access Management (IAM) system. The client faced significant challenges, including permission control gaps and reliance on traditional endpoint protection, which left them exposed to advanced threats. The XCockpit platform was deployed to integrate endpoint, external, and internal attack surface management, enabling 24/7 monitoring of over 5,500 endpoints and servers. The AI-driven attack path analysis identified over 300 privilege escalation paths, which were remediated to prevent repeat intrusions. The engagement of the CyCraft Incident Response team further assisted in identifying root causes and vulnerabilities, shifting the organization’s defenses from a reactive to a proactive posture. This implementation resulted in strengthened protection and operational stability.
