This case study examines the implementation of CYPHER Learning at a university with approximately 5,000 students and 510 teachers. The platform is primarily used for undergraduate training across 30 career paths. The case study outlines the pedagogical strategies employed, including a cascade training approach where selected teachers were trained to teach their colleagues. The platform has facilitated improved organization and communication, allowing teachers to provide direct feedback to students. It also highlights the flexibility of the platform in managing tasks and deadlines. However, there are areas identified for improvement, such as the need for better communication regarding updates and training on new features like gamification. The case study also discusses the transition from a previous platform, Moodle, to CYPHER Learning, emphasizing the mandatory use of the new system and its impact on teaching and learning processes. Overall, the case study documents the positive experiences and challenges faced during the implementation of CYPHER Learning.
