This Technical Report presents the findings from the Paraprofessional Efficacy Study conducted in collaboration with Pittsford Central School District and CypherWorx. The study aimed to assess the effectiveness of CypherWorx courses for paraprofessionals through a hybrid training model that included both online and in-person components. A total of 21 adult learners participated, with 19 completing the course and associated surveys. The report details participant demographics, including gender, age, education level, and professional experience. It also includes a comparison of pre- and posttest scores, showing a significant increase in knowledge among participants after the training. The analysis indicates that the training was effective across various demographic groups, with consistent posttest performance regardless of gender, age, education, or experience. Additionally, participant beliefs regarding the training's engagement and applicability to their roles are summarized, highlighting a strong consensus on the training's effectiveness in enhancing their skills in building relationships with students.
