This document is a case study detailing the implementation of an agent-based Voicebot Penetration Testing platform by a large travel company with approximately 50,000 employees. The organization faced challenges in securing AI-driven voice and chatbots used for customer service, as traditional penetration testing tools were inadequate for assessing telephone interactions. The adopted solution automatically generated numerous attack scenarios aligned with the OWASP GenAI Top 10, executing real attack calls against the production voicebot. It recorded audio interactions, transcribed conversations, and evaluated results using AI. The analysis categorized interactions by risk level and attack vector, producing structured security reports with evidence chains. The travel company achieved continuous security validation for its AI voicebots, identifying security gaps early and enhancing compliance with emerging GenAI security standards. This implementation significantly reduced operational and reputational risks while allowing customer service operations to continue uninterrupted.
