Penrith City Council Microsoft 365 Copilot Readiness Assessment

This case study describes the initiative taken by Penrith City Council to prepare for the adoption of Microsoft 365 (M365) Copilot through a Readiness Assessment conducted by Data#3. The council aimed to understand the potential benefits and risks associated with this emerging technology, ensuring that they could leverage AI effectively while maintaining data governance.
