Royal Flying Doctor Service Data Integration Case Study

This case study details the data integration project undertaken by the Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS) Queensland Section in collaboration with Data#3. The objective was to modernize their operations by integrating disparate data sources related to aircraft, patients, and crew to enhance service efficiency. The RFDS faced significant challenges due to their operations in remote areas with limited connectivity, which necessitated a shift from manual processes to automated systems. The project involved the implementation of Microsoft Azure Functions to streamline data management and improve real-time access to critical information.
