Gateway Bank, established in 1955, serves over 30,000 members and manages more than $1.3 billion. As of the initial rollout, 4,500 customers are using the app, which includes features such as balances, funds transfer, and personalized content feeds. Future enhancements are planned, including internet banking by the end of 2023.
