This case study details the implementation of a Datalog Treasury Management System (TMS) at URSSAF Caisse Nationale, the French agency responsible for managing social security contributions. The agency faced challenges due to legacy technology and a fragmented system across its 26 regional subdivisions. The introduction of a new TMS aimed to standardize processes and centralize cash management, significantly improving efficiency. The first phase involved rolling out a cash management module, which centralized treasury operations in Paris. The second phase, initiated in September 2023, focused on implementing a payment factory and banking communication modules to enhance connectivity. The new system has streamlined workflows, allowing for automated processes that were previously manual, thereby reducing delays and costs. Additionally, a data lake was established to facilitate better data analysis and ensure timely fund transfers to the central treasury. The case study highlights the agency's recognition as a Silver winner at the TMI Awards 2023 for Best TMS Implementation.
