Customized Leadership Benchmarking Company Report

This document is a customized leadership benchmarking company report prepared by the Center for Analytics & Behavioral Research (CABER). It is part of the 2027 Global Leadership Forecast (GLF), which is DDI's twelfth installment in a series of trend research studies focused on leadership practices. The report aims to provide organizations with insights into their leadership capabilities and talent management practices through leader surveys. It includes three main types of insights: a voice for leaders, benchmarks comparing leaders to global, regional, and industry samples, and customized priorities for improving leadership practices. Additionally, the report outlines the process for obtaining a full benchmarking report, which summarizes responses from leaders and compares them to various norms. Sample charts illustrate the types of data that may be included, such as leadership quality ratings and skills needing development, as well as leaders' perceptions of their career paths and intentions to stay within the organization.
