This case study details the implementation of Fastpath solutions by Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. (NCLH) to enhance their User Access Reviews (UAR) process. NCLH faced significant challenges with a manual review system that involved approximately 14,000 users and 300,000 lines of access across various applications, including PeopleSoft and Salesforce. The need for compliance with SOX, PCI DSS, and GDPR further complicated their review processes. By adopting Fastpath's Access Control and Access Review modules, NCLH was able to streamline their UARs, saving around 300 hours annually. The solution provided a centralized dashboard for monitoring review statuses, automated reminders, and improved visibility into access rights and risks. The case study highlights the effectiveness of Fastpath in addressing NCLH's compliance needs and enhancing operational efficiency, ultimately allowing their IT compliance team to manage additional responsibilities with greater ease.
