Primary Issuance Data Service Launch Overview

This document is a case study detailing the collaboration between Acuris and Digiterre to launch the Primary Issuance Data service for the Debtwire platform. The objective was to develop a service focused on providing market intelligence for the first issuance of stock from private companies. The project aimed to offer detailed comparisons and analyses of companies involved in the Primary Issuance process, compiling data from various sources into an efficient database. The agile development approach was adopted, emphasizing iterative processes and continuous delivery. The multidisciplinary team, consisting of members from both Acuris and Digiterre, utilized automated testing and pair programming to enhance quality. The service was successfully released in the Asia Pacific region four months ahead of schedule, with plans for launches in Europe and the US. The project demonstrated high flexibility, quality, and efficiency, contributing to the growth potential for Debtwire in the fixed income market.
