This document serves as a guide for the submission of abstracts and the preparation of posters for a research conference. It outlines the requirements for creating a short abstract, which should not exceed 200 words and must include the designated speaker for the presentation. The submission deadline is set for June 17th, and all abstracts will undergo a peer review process, with notifications sent by June 26th regarding acceptance for poster or Flash Talk sessions. Additionally, the document specifies the format for posters, which must adhere to DIN A0 dimensions and avoid commercial bias. Presenters are required to disclose any conflicts of interest and acknowledge funding sources on their posters. The guidelines also detail the logistics for poster presentations, including placement times and the necessity of removing posters after the event. For those selected for Flash Talks, a brief presentation of up to three slides is required, to be delivered within three minutes.
