Case Study on North Attleboro Electric Department GIS

This case study details the collaboration between TD SYNNEX Public Sector and the North Attleboro Electric Department (NAED), a public sector agency in Massachusetts. The document outlines the challenges faced by NAED, particularly issues related to the configuration of authentication with their on-premise Active Directory and the need for enhanced security through traffic encryption. It describes the proposed solution, which involved designing an Active Directory connector within the AWS account to facilitate secure communication with resources in the Virtual Private Cloud (VPC).
