Cumberland County Technical Education Center Case Study

This case study details the partnership between Cumberland County Technical Education Center and Daida to enhance student records management through the implementation of a secure document management solution. The objective was to modernize the management of student records by converting paper documents into searchable electronic files, thereby improving access to information and ensuring compliance with New Jersey DORES requirements. The solution included secure cloud-based storage, intelligent indexing, and built-in redaction capabilities, enabling authorized staff to efficiently manage and retrieve transcripts and grade reports. Additionally, the project aimed to reduce reliance on physical records and optimize storage space within the educational facility. The results demonstrated effective management of approximately one million document images, facilitating quick access to archived records while supporting compliance with state regulations. This initiative reflects a significant advancement in the educational institution's operational efficiency and document accessibility.
