Municipal Records Management Solution for Borough of Emerson

This case study outlines the partnership between the Borough of Emerson and Daida to enhance municipal records management through secure document digitization and cloud-based solutions. The primary objective was to convert paper records into searchable electronic files, which improved document accessibility and supported compliance with New Jersey DORES requirements. The implementation involved a secure cloud-based document management solution that enabled the Borough to digitize, organize, and manage municipal records effectively. Key features included intelligent indexing, secure cloud storage, and built-in redaction capabilities for sensitive information.
