Vineland Public Schools Student Records Management Case Study

This case study outlines the partnership between Vineland Public Schools and Daida to enhance student records management through secure document digitization and cloud-based solutions. The objective was to convert paper records into searchable electronic files, thereby improving access to transcripts, grade reports, and archived records while ensuring compliance with New Jersey DORES requirements. Daida implemented a comprehensive solution that included intelligent indexing, secure cloud storage, and built-in redaction capabilities. The initiative aimed to address the challenges of managing a growing volume of student records, protect sensitive information, and reduce physical storage needs. As a result, approximately 2 million document images are now securely managed, allowing staff to retrieve records efficiently from any location. The solution has not only streamlined records management but also reclaimed valuable space for educational purposes, enhancing overall operational efficiency within the district.
