Waterbury Housing Authority Records Modernization Case Study

This case study details the partnership between Waterbury Housing Authority and Daida to modernize records management through a comprehensive digitization initiative. The project involved converting over 1 million pages of housing and business records into searchable digital formats, which were integrated into the Authority's housing management platform.
