It is a joint publication by Cranfield School of Management and Dun & Bradstreet, utilizing data from approximately 600,000 anonymized transactions between buyers and suppliers in over 150 countries. The report is divided into two main sections: a Sectoral Risk Analysis, which compares key metrics across different industry sectors, and a Supply Chain Risk Grid, presenting a detailed view of risk exposure. The analysis highlights variations in supply chain risks across sectors such as Construction, Manufacturing, Retail, Transportation, and Wholesale, revealing sector-specific trends and risk profiles. It offers benchmarks that can help managers assess their performance against industry standards.
