Dynamics 365 Implementation Guidance Framework

This document is a guide detailing the FastTrack for Dynamics 365 program, which began in 2015. It outlines the evolution of the program from handling escalations to providing proactive architectural and product guidance early in project life cycles. The guide presents the Success by Design framework, which is a prescriptive approach for designing, building, and deploying Dynamics 365 solutions based on insights from over 8000 cloud deployments. It describes the three core principles of the framework, emphasizing its methodology-agnostic nature and the importance of engaging before the build phase.
