This document is a case study detailing the contract management solution developed for Frontier, a prominent U.S. communications provider. Frontier faced challenges in managing contracts due to the existence of multiple formats and repositories, which hindered their ability to determine the status of contracts efficiently. To address this issue, Eagle Creek created a custom functional and technical design that incorporated Vlocity CLM, enabling active flags and custom reports for quick identification of contracts. The solution also included guided user flows to maintain the autonomy of various user profiles. Furthermore, integration with Adobe Sign, Sales Cloud, and CPQ Quotes was implemented to enhance contract visibility across the organization. As a result, Frontier achieved streamlined operations and improved contract management throughout the sales lifecycle.
